What are the opening times?
NOVA NYE will take place on 31.12.2024. The opening times are from 21:00 (9pm) until 05:00 (5am).
Where will NOVA NYE take place?
NOVA NYE will take place at Luxexpo The Box. The address is: 10 Circuit de La Foire Internationale, 1347 Kirchberg Luxembourg.
From what age onwards can I attend the event?
NOVA NYE is an 18+ event, meaning you must be at least 18 years old on the day of the event.
How does the payment work at NOVA?
NOVA will be completely cashless. You will be able to pay for everything with your debit or credit card as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We will NOT accept any cash, so make sure to remember this and just bring your card or smartphone (Apple Pay).

Why can't I download my ticket yet?
Your ticket is sealed until shortly before the event starts. You will be able to download your ticket one day prior to the event. We use this system to prevent fraud and stop people from unfairly reselling tickets. It helps make sure that tickets go to real fans and not to resellers.
How to travel to NOVA.
The P&R Parking Luxexpo is located directly in front of the venue. We highly recommend carsharing if you're driving, and remember: don't drink and drive. For alternatives, you can check the late-night bus and public transport schedules here.
